I am Ashley Doty let me introduce myself. I am highly capable and energetic professional with 20 years of proven expertise in operations management and training across nonprofit and private corporate sectors, I bring a dynamic blend of commercial and residential real estate experience, business development, project management, and executive liaison skills to every endeavor. My career spans leadership roles in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), service to houseless populations, and deep knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance systems, supporting both youth and adults.
With over 17 years in healthcare administration and IT technical support with the military in engineering, I have developed a strong foundation in managing diverse teams and navigating complex organizational environments. My real estate background includes 12 years of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential markets, allowing me to understand and direct the development of office buildings, retail centers, multi-family complexes, and single-family residences. This dual expertise enables me to approach projects with a strategic, diversified mindset—balancing risk and optimizing returns by leveraging a variety of property types and investment strategies.
As a Business owner, business developer, project manager, and executive liaison, with Operations. I excel at bridging communication between executive leadership, stakeholders, and operational teams. I facilitate collaboration, ensure alignment of organizational goals, and help translate vision into actionable strategies. My approach is rooted in customer-focused service and operational excellence, consistently delivering high-quality results in fast-paced settings. I have successfully overseen business unit management, continuous quality improvement, patient care and relations, budget control, cost analysis, and purchasing for organizations with over 500 employees and multiple locations.
